The hotel's rooms showcase a modern design with a great layout, albeit with a view mostly dominated by rooftop and AC units causing some noise. The service was wonderful, offering amenities like dry cleaning, housekeeping, and valet parking. The location is convenient, with close proximity to clubs and restaurants, but there were mixed feelings due to being a bit far from the Boardwalk Santa Cruz and concerns about the surroundings. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with a fantastic continental breakfast but not catering well to lactose intolerant and vegetarian diets. Overall, the hotel offers a comfortable stay with some minor drawbacks.
The hotel offers modern and clean rooms with extremely comfortable beds. The gym facilities are convenient, although the temperature was slightly warmer than desired. Overall, a refreshing and practically new room experience.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious and clean, equipped with a few work machines and weights. The only downside was the parking situation, which may deter me from staying here again. The location was fantastic, within walking distance to clubs and restaurants and a short drive to the boardwalk.
